24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Deposits: Any deposits paid are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
